Prickly Pictures : 17th OCt- 10-12:30 £40
Needlefelted pictures are fun and easy to make. In this workshop you will learn the basic techniques and some tips and tricks to make your pictures look fabulous. You can choose from one of our pre printed templates or go freestyle. All materials and are provided and you get a mat and needle to take home. This workshop is for ages 16 and above . Price $35
I Will Have You in Stitches; An Introduction to Embroidery 20th October 18:00-21:00 £45
In this introductory class you will learn about the tools and materials that you need to get started with embroidery. You will create a sampler of basic stitches including stem stitch, chain stitch, french knots, back stitch and satin stitch. I will cover how to work with and manage your threads, setting up your hoop for success and how to finish and display your work. All materials are supplied. At the end of the session you will take away a kit to practice your skills at home. Maximum group size is 8 people to ensure a good experience and hands on support. Tea and coffee available on arrival. The session is in my studio in Alma Yard Creative Hub in Plymouth .

Acrylic painting is easy and fun. In this workshop you will learn how to get started, what materials to use, we will explore compostition, value and colour. The focus of the session will be on building confidence with the materials and experimentation. You will create a mini painting grid to take away. We use artist quality premium acrylic paints to ensure that you get the best outcomes. Workshops are limited to 8 participants to ensure a good experience and personalised attention. Located at my studio in the Alma Yard creative hub in Plymouth. Participants must be 16 years or over. Price £60 including all materials
